5.結語
綜上所述，工會組織在當代和諧醫院構建的過程中具有協調、管理組織、監督與評議以及維權等方麵的作用，是醫院管理中不可缺少的重要組織團體。因此，醫院要將工會組織的作用充分發揮出來，從根本上保障院方與職工的利益，從而推動和諧醫院的穩定建設。
