化合物10白色粉末,10%濃硫酸-乙醇溶液顯紫紅色。1H-NMR(pyridine-d5,600MHz)δ:3.17(1H,d,J=10.2Hz,H-5),2.72(1H,d,J=18.0Hz,H-1),5.64(1H,brs,H-12),3.04(1H,s,H-18),1.86(3H,s,27-CH3),1.57(3H,s,23-CH3),1.53(3H,s,24-CH3),1.34(3H,s,29-CH3),1.18(6H,s,25,26-CH3),1.06(3H,d,J=6.6Hz,30-CH3)。13C-NMR(pyridine-d5,150MHz)。以上數據與文獻報道的cecropiacicacid基本一致[12],故鑒定該化合物為2,3-斷-19α-羥基-12-稀-烏蘇-2,3,28-三羧酸(cecropiacicacid)。

化合物11白色粉末,10%濃硫酸-乙醇溶液顯紫紅色。1H-NMR(pyridine-d5,600MHz)δ:3.34(1H,dd,J=12.0,4.8Hz,H-3),5.59(1H,brs,H-12),3.05(1H,s,H-18),1.74(3H,s,27-CH3),1.43(3H,s,29-CH3),1.30(3H,s,23-CH3),1.11(3H,d,J=6.6Hz,30-CH3),1.08(3H,s,26-CH3),0.98(3H,s,24-CH3),0.86(3H,s,25-CH3);3.76~4.83為1組木糖上的氫信號,4.83(1H,d,J=7.8Hz,H-1′)為端基氫信號;3.78(1H,t,J=10.8Hz,H-5′α),4.38(1H,dd,J=10.8,4.8Hz,H-5′β),4.22(1H,dd,J=9.6,4.8Hz,H-4′),4.16(1H,t,J=9.0Hz,H-3′),4.01(1H,t,J=7.8Hz,H-2′)。13C-NMR(pyridine-d5,150MHz)。以上數據與文獻報道的ilexosideB基本一致[13],故鑒定該化合物為冬青苷B(ilexosideB)。
