血凝試驗檢測結果質量的影響因素及質量改善對策分析

[摘要] 目的 對影響血凝試驗的檢驗結果的因素進行探討分析。方法 對2011年10月~2012年10月期間內來我院檢驗科做血凝試驗的患者的試驗結果及病程記錄進行回顧性分析，並對影響血凝試驗結果準確性的因素進行大範圍的資料搜集整理，分析血凝試驗結果的影響因素。結果 影響血凝試驗檢驗結果的因素有人為操作因素、環境因素、試驗材料因素以及患者自身因素等。結論 血凝試驗是醫學檢驗工作領域中常用的一種檢驗手段，為了提高醫學檢驗結果的精確性和科學性，對血凝試驗結果的影響因素進行探討十分必要。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze factors effects on blood coagulation test results. Methods Analysis of test results were retrospectively recorded from October 2011 to October 2012 in our department of laboratory hemagglutination test and course, and the factors of influence on the results of hemagglutination test accuracy for a wide range of data collection, to make a detailed analysis of influencing factors on blood coagulation test results. Results The influencing factors of blood coagulation test results included several human factors, environmental factors, test material factors and the patient's own factors etc. Conclusion The hemagglutination test is a test method used in the field of medical inspection, in order to improve the accuracy and scientific of medical test results, influencing factors on blood coagulation test results of discussion is necessary.
[Key words] Hemagglutination test; Test results; Influencing factors血凝試驗是臨床檢驗工作中經常開展的試驗工作之一，止凝血和抗凝血檢驗是血凝試驗的主要內容。機體的止血功能主要由血管、血小板參與，凝血功能主要由凝血因子參與，抗凝血功能主要由抗凝物質和纖溶係統參與。正常生理情況下，機體的止血、凝血與抗凝血處於動態平衡狀態。血凝試驗已經成為臨床工作中的常規血液檢查項目重要手段，也是鑒別凝血功能正常與否的重要判定指標。本文對血凝試驗結果的影響因素進行詳細分析，現報道如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1臨床資料
對2011年10月~2012年10月間來我院檢驗科做血凝試驗的患者試驗結果進行回顧性分析。共入選患者198例，男123例，女75例；肝病患者90例，心腦血管病患者79例，其他疾病29例；未服藥治療71例，正在進行輸液治療127例。血凝試驗檢測樣本量＜1.2 mL者33例，血凝試驗檢測樣本量＞2.6 mL者42例。
1.2方法
通過比較本組血凝試驗檢測樣本量＜1.2 mL者原檢測結果與重新抽血檢驗結果，輸液治療患者原輸液側采血樣本檢測結果與輸液側重新抽血檢測結果，肝病患者與健康人（24例）血凝指標等；以及對影響血凝試驗結果準確性的因素進行大範圍資料搜集整理，對血凝試驗結果的影響因素做出詳細分析。
