小編曾是,絕對地是,但今年,她稍有成長,並且很想趕在那個盛大節日尚在半遮麵的階段,讓大家都先來做一次理性思考——關於“Panic buying”。

這個詞可以翻譯為“恐慌購買”,或稱“瘋狂搶購”,這是一種通常發生在物價上漲前或是災難發生前的情況。該詞組中的“panic”一詞,非常生動地描繪出了人們在這種時候所表現出的驚慌失控、惶恐不安的狀態。而如今,你卻更多地是在節日裏的超市或是各大奢侈品牌店裏見到人們的這副狀態與神情。也許這代表著人類物質生活的空前繁榮,但似乎,你又無法隻從硬幣的一麵來看待這個問題,孰對孰錯我們姑且不論,但是努力讓自己的購買行為變得理智與正確,是我們迫切需要學習的事情。

這是一位女士寫下的她在東京H&M店裏瘋狂購物的經曆,可能會引發有同樣經曆的人的頗多感觸,也可能會給其他人帶來一些啟示——

Never in my life did I ever dream of queuing up for something like this. I’m at Ginza lining up for fashion, namely 1)Comme des Garç;ons’ collaboration with H&M.

The night before (Nov. 7) I had dinner with some Japanese friends; they gave me important tips such as be prepared to line up for two hours and do not eat or drink (for obvious reasons).

At 10 a.m., I go down into the street. The line has already 2)snaked past eight blocks.

By 11:45 a.m., my friend and I are already in front of the entrance, just five customers away from shopping heaven.

I can’t tell you how it feels to finally come in. We take the elevator to the third floor, and as soon as the doors open, I see panic buying and 3)pandemonium. I spot a Japanese guy 4)hoarding a ton of clothes on hangers. A few minutes later, I’m doing the same thing.
