探討和諧醫院構建過程中工會組織的作用

摘要：醫院工會組織是醫院各部門職工自發創建的一種管理組織，是群眾與黨之間聯係的重要紐帶。當前和諧醫院在構建過程中，應當充分發揮工會組織的建設性作用。本文主要從三級醫院發展的視角，探討如何合理運用工會組織的作用推動現代化和諧醫院的建設進程。

Study on the Role of Union Organizations during Process of Building a Harmonious Hospital Trade Union

Abstract： Hospital trade union is one of organization for management in hospital， spontaneously set up by staff member of each department as the important liaison of communication between the masses and the communist Party. Currently in the process of building a harmonious hospital， we should give full play to trade union organizations and constructive role. This article， mainly from the perspective of tertiary hospital development， discusses how to reasonably make full use of the role of trade union organizations to push forward the process of construction to modernize hospitals with harmoniousness.

在黨十八大精神的領導下，我院始終堅持以人為本的發展理念，並在近些年來重點建設醫院和諧內部環境、提升員工待遇福利，全麵做好各項組織工作，從而推動了和諧醫院的現代化建設進程。由此可見，工會組織對和諧醫院的構建具有極為重要的作用，下麵筆者將結合工會組織四個方麵的作用，為我院構建和諧醫院提供理論依據。
1.充分發揮工會組織的協調作用推動和諧醫院建設
建設和諧醫院是一項長遠而複雜的工程，其包含的內容較為豐富，而和諧的本質就是指各方利益的和諧，主要有患者與職工的利益和諧、職工之間利益和諧以及醫院與職工之間的利益和諧。[1]醫院工會發揮著利益協調的紐帶作用，當醫院內部出現利益紛爭時，工會組織由於貼近醫院、親近群眾與職工，從而能在第一時間內了解各方需求，從而采取有效的解決方案。因此，工會組織能夠為構建和諧醫院營造出穩定而良好的環境。
