摘要 隨著Internet向帶寬、高速、多媒體化方向的迅速發展，以網絡為基礎的現代教育手段將得到廣泛應用，這對培養21世紀的新型人才和大規模進行勞動力培養將起積極的促進作用。要促進基於Internet的教育發展，需要一大批網絡課件，如何構建自學式網絡課件就成為問題的關鍵。

Abstract Along with the rapid development， the Internet becomes to broadband， high speed， and multimedia， and the modern education method based on network will be widely applied， this will play a positive role in training new talented person and labor force in the 21st century’s. In order to promote the development of education based on internet， it needs large quantities of Web-based courseware， and how to construct the self-learning web-based courseware becomes the key problem.

隨著Internet向帶寬、高速、多媒體化方向迅速發展，以網絡為基礎的現代教育手段將得到廣泛應用，這對培養21世紀的新型人才和大規模進行勞動力培養將起積極的促進作用。要促進基於Internet的教育的發展，需要一大批網絡課件，如何構建自學式網絡課件就成問題的關鍵。由於基於Internet的網絡課件與一般的多媒體教學軟件的使用環境、教學功能和教學作用不同，因此探索和研究自學式網絡課件的設計具有重要的意義【1】。
1 自學式網絡課件設計與開發的積件思想
自學式網絡課件是在一些思想的基礎上進行設計與開發的，對自學式網絡課件設計與開發影響較大的一種思想就是積件思想。
1）積件的含義。積件是由教師和學生根據教學需要自己組合運用多媒體教學信息資源的教學軟件係統。該係統不是在技術上把教學資源素材庫和多媒體著作平台簡單疊加，而是積件庫與積件組合平台的有機結合。
2）積件思想。積件思想是對多媒體教學信息資源和教學過程進行準備、檢索、設計、組合、使用、管理、評價的理論與實踐的高度概括【2】。
