西漢初有個人叫陸賈（jiǎ），
口才好隨機善應變。
以前楚漢相爭時，
劉邦常把他派遣。
在諸侯之間搞聯絡，
陸賈十分有才幹。
劉邦初定天下後，
陸賈又出使南越去規勸。
南越王果然被說服歸了漢，
還賞賜了陸賈珠寶黃金好幾千。
劉邦死後到孝文帝，
呂後在朝中專了權。
陸賈不願在朝中，
幹脆辭職回家園。
五個兒子都成家立業當農民，
他自己常坐車把寶劍佩身邊。
遊山玩水很愉快，
還帶些能歌善舞的人作陪伴。
有一次他把幾個兒子全喊來，
既像命令又似規勸：
“今天和你們約定好，
今後不管是哪一天，
我不管到你們誰的家，
都要住上整十天。
連隨從都要招待好，
拌料喂馬莫怠慢。
假如我不幸死在誰家裏，
誰就能得到我的車馬和寶劍。
我來往次數比較多，
你們可別有煩怨。
要是因經常打擾討厭我，
我處置你們可莫抱怨！”
到後來“屢見不鮮”作成語，
常比喻見某種事物次數多，
漸漸覺得不稀罕。

There Is Nothing New
In the Western Han Dynasty（206B。C。—24A。D。）there was a famous man named Lu Jia who had a silver tongue。In former times when Chu and Han were at war the Emperor Liu Bang，often sent him on missions，liaising to organize the dukes，through which he had shown his great talent of eloquence。When Emperor Liu Bang had just founded the Dynasty，Lu Jia was sent to Nanyue to persuade them to surrender。It turned out that the King of Nanyue did became subject to the Western Han Dynasty，and even awarded Lu Jia a great amount of jewels and gold。
