韓峰這邊與美國asens公司商談收購的細節並不順利，原本雙方開出的條件上次會麵的時候已經談得差不多了，可如今對方卻開出了新的條件，真是沒想到這幫美國佬這麼不講誠信，韓峰正費盡腦汁想著要如何說服他們。
這天下午他與美國韓氏公司的總裁andrew如約來到asens公司，今天雙方約好再細談一次。
坐在會議室內，對方卻遲遲不露麵，兩人麵色凝重。
“andrew，what do you think asens is trying to ask for? our commitment should be much more generous compared with other competitors.”(譯文：安德魯，你說asens 公司是想幹什麼，我們給出的條件絕對是其他競爭者給不了的。）
“they are just playing tricks， they know we are eager to acquire the company， so they want to make advantage of it and make a fortune， we must stick to it and they will quit， no one wants to buy them with such conditions， don’t worry feng.”（譯文：他們隻是在耍把戲，他們知道我們急於收購他們公司，就想乘火打劫敲我們一筆，隻要我們堅持住他們就會妥協，那樣的條款下沒人會買他們公司的，別擔心，峰。）
“i’m afraid it’s not that easy， they promised everything last month and then deny in succession now.（譯文：我總覺得他們出爾反爾，事情恐怕沒這麼簡單。）
會議室門被推開，一個大腹便便的美國人走了進來：“sorry， guys， about the wait， i’m making some emergent phone calls.”（譯文：抱歉讓各位久等了，我接了個緊急電話。）
客套一番後，終於切入正題。
“mr smith， you know we are sincere， i hope you can consider our conditions.”（譯文：史密斯先生，您知道我們是很誠心的，希望您能考慮接受我們的條件。）
