縮略語為詞語簡短形式，主要在書麵交流時使用，以節省篇幅，一些機構用的可能與以下所列縮略詞不同，一般應該具有一份自己單位使用的縮略語表。

Nurse Student：Good morning，Ms Sun.I am a nurse student，my name is Chunhong Wang.
護生：早上好，孫女士。我是一名實習學生，我叫王春紅。
Nurse Educator：Good morning.my name is Lu Sun.I am your clinical educator in this ward. It is nice to meet you. This is your first time to do clinical practice，right？ Let me give you a brief orientation about this ward first.
護士老師：早上好。我叫孫璐，是這個病房的臨床教學老師。很高興認識你。這是你第一次到臨床來，對嗎？我先給你做個病房的簡單介紹吧。
Nurse Student：Thank you.
護生：謝謝。
Nurse Educator:This is the department cardiology. We have 32 beds with 17 nurse staff.The head nurse is Ms Zhang.I will introduce her to you later.OK，this is the nurse station.The treatment room is behind the nurse station，so it is convenient for nurses to work.All the nursing documents are here，nearby the computers.You can read them later.The staff room is just over there.You can put your things in it.This way please.
護士老師：這是心血管科。我們有40 張床位和12名護士。護士長是張女士。稍後我會把她介紹給你。來，這裏是護士站。治療室就在護士站後麵，這樣可以方便護士工作。所有的護理文件都在這裏，挨著電腦，以後你可以慢慢看。護士休息室在那邊，你的東西可以放在那兒。這邊請。
Nurse Student：Is this doctors office?

Nurse Educator：Yes，you are right.This is the conference room.We have our morning meeting in the conference room every day.

Nurse Student:What time we begin our work in the morning?
護生：每天早晨幾點鍾上班？
Nurse Educator：A quarter to eight in the morning.The morning meeting begins at 7∶45 am and all the staff in this ward should attend on time.
