贛東大堤風光帶位於江西南昌贛江東岸，南起於生米大橋，北止於南昌標誌性古建築———滕王閣。風光帶綿延8km，同時擔負著城市防洪、交通樞紐的重要作用。
贛東大堤風光帶的建設將成為南昌最具影響力的綠化走廊及景觀軸，對帶動整個區域乃至整個南昌市的發展，有著重要意義。
核心問題的分析識別
作為南昌市重要水利防洪設施，贛東大堤具有很高的防洪要求，堤頂距江麵有近十米的高差，造成濱水空間與城市相割裂，親水性嚴重不足。同時，岸線作為南昌城市核心段，八公裏岸線在改造前風貌特色不明顯，缺乏景觀區域識別性。
景觀形象的整體規劃
風光帶的建設，通過對城市背景的深入分析與研究，進行景觀形象整體規劃，因地製宜地將風光帶由北至南分為滕王閣文化創意區、城市生活片區、大橋濕地片區三大主題進行打造，通過水岸記錄城市文化、植入市民活動、提升生活品質，真正建設“還江於民”的濱江親水空間。

公共濱水空間的分層規劃
在贛東大堤風光帶水利整治的基礎上，通過濱江空間豎向分級，打造多層次濱水立體空間，將灘地空間在水利設計基礎上分為三個標高的景觀平台進行打造，化解堤外高差，同時滿足不同水位時期的景觀效果與市民活動。
16米枯水期親水平台：
節點廣場結合景觀步道，打造濱水休閑場地。
19米休閑平台：
設置景觀廣場，以濱江綠道串聯，打造主要觀景停留空間。
22米活動廣場：
植入特色活動場地、商業休閑，打造市民活動主要區域。
25米堤頂空間：
城市廣場與商業休閑相結合，打造林蔭下的休閑活動場地。
Gandong Levee scenic belt lies along the east bank of the Gan River with its south reaches to the Shengmi Bridge；its north，Tengwang Pavillion (the iconic ancient building of Nanchang).The entire belt lasts for 8kilometers，Bearing an important role in flood control and transportation hub.It will be the most influential green corridors and landscape beacon，which will promote the development of the entire region and the whole Nanchang.
Through the overall planning of the landscape scenery，the traffic system planning and the hierarchical planning of public waterfront space，the scenic belt will create three main theme function areas，low multi—dimensional space of eight kilometers and a viewing leisure space with multi—dimensions.

摘要：基於株洲東岸的舊城改造環境，本案尊重場地基理與元素，重規劃，空間塑造與城市地塊相滲透，緊密結合城市防洪、道路交通，營造立體複合濱水場所實現城市與濱水場所的複興與再生。

Abstract：Based on the environmental transformation of the east coast of Zhu River，this project follows the rules of penetrating the venue elements，re—planning，and spatial shaping with the urban land.It closely integrates the urban flood control and traffic situation so as to create a three—dimensional composite waterfront place to achieve the revival and recycle of urban and water sites.
