基於農用地質量和SOM模型的縣域農用地整理規劃

——以龍海市為例

摘 要:研究目的:基於農用地的質量以及自組織映射神經網絡空間聚類模型,以龍海市為研究區域,研究縣域農用地整理規劃。研究方法:主成分分析法、自組織映射神經網絡空間聚類模型。研究結果:①規劃近期農用地整理重點應放在農用地質量等級較好的Ⅱ級與Ⅲ級區域,其麵積約為1395.42公頃主要分布於角美、海澄、東園等鄉鎮;②規劃中期則以農用地質量Ⅳ級區域為主要整理區,其總麵積為4546.2公頃,分布於白水、東泗、浮宮等鄉鎮;③規劃遠期以質量等級差的Ⅴ級農用地為規劃區域,其總麵積約為8796.36公頃,分布於港尾、隆教、程溪等鄉鎮的丘陵山地區。研究結論:基於農用地質量PCA主因子和自組織映射神經網絡空間聚類模型的農用地規劃能客觀反映農用地質量的區域差異性,對縣域農用地整理規劃、精細型基本農田的整理規劃以及整理重點項目立項等工作在方法論上均有借鑒意義。

Farmland Consolidation Planning of County-level based on Quality of Farmland and SOM

—A case study in LongHai city

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to analyze development and regulation of farmland in county—a case of Longhai city,based on farmland quality and clustering analysis model based on SOM network.Methods of principle component analysis and clustering analysis model based on SOM network were employed.The results indicate that ①recent planning of farmland should be focused on more level Ⅱand Ⅲquality,which are about 1395.42hectares and mainly distributed in some villages and towns,like Jiaomei,Haicheng,Dongyuan.②mid-term planning of farmland use level Ⅳquality as the main management area,which are about 4546.2hectares and distributed in Baishui,Dongsi,Fugong.③long-term planning of farmland use level Ⅴquality as the main management area,which are about 8796.36hectares and distributed in hilly and mountainous regions like Gangwei,Longjiao,Chengxi.It is concluded that farmland planning could objectively reflect the area difference in quality,based on PCA and clustering analysis model based on SOM network .It is significant in methodology to regulation of farmland in county,basic farmland planning and important projects.
