The bar chart presents five explored reasons on absenteeism in 2000,2005 and 2010 in a particular European Country, including illness, stress, person needs, family responsibilities and unexpected problems. Illness was the dominant cause of absenteeism in all three years. However, the percentage of workers giving it as the reason had decreased from 45 percent to 35 percent. Family responsibilities was the second major cause and also witnessed a falling trend, accounting for more than 20 percent in the whole period. Personal needs and unexpected problems were also significant factors for absenteeism in the period, which accounted for around 15 to 20 percent and 10 to 15 percent respectively and were both on growing trend. By contrast, stress was the marginal cause in the period, although the percentage has increased to more than 10 percent. It could be implicated that illness continued to be primary reason for absenteeism whereas the role of stress had almost doubled, signifying growing stress among workers. In the Internet driven era, many people continue to rely on newspapers for news and information whereas other people prefer other media. Personally, I believe multi media platform provides more efficiency for accessing news. Without doubt, traditional newspapers are generally more authoritative and reliable. It would be generated by credible journalists, then edited by the auditors carefully and finally be disseminated through orthodox channels. From this perspective, news on traditional newspapers are generally more credible. It is also undeniable that some readers may regard newspapers as more effective. For them, news on multi-media are abundant and time-consuming if they lack ability to distinguish, as similar information could be shared on multi-channels. Despite that, digital media has many irreparable advantages. The primary advantage is the real-time transmission of news and information on digital channels. The generators could pose news they witnessed the first time and the readers could access information by clicking web pages and app pages immediately and effectively. Besides that, whereas newspapers include only important news and information given the limited space, multi-media include broad range of information and people could focus on interested information through following interested media sites. Personally, I prefer to follow critical accounts in interested areas to gain information in different areas. Finally, as multi-media information could be contributed by not only journalists but also the ordinary, it may be more real at times. For example, whereas People’s Daily may report news from official perspective, the information gained on Tiktok may include detail and allow people to understand whole facts. In conclusion, I believe multi-media as a more efficient way to access
