There are countless new births and deaths in life, both personal insights and social development, which involve these two philosophical concepts.

Freshness is the realization that people, after experiencing loss, pain, and hopelessness, find ways to break free from constraints and gain rebirth. This is the process of rebirth and the beginning of a new life with a new attitude. The rebirth in life not only relies on the passage of time, but also on the unity of body, spirit, and action, which is the sublimation of life. Rebirth is a purification that allows people to return to their original state of mind and rediscover the happiness and value of life they have never had before.

Compared to new life, death is a sign of the end of life and an inevitable end to all life. From a philosophical perspective, life has gained more meaning and value in the fleeting passing and ending of moments. As people gradually approach the limits of old age and human lifespan, thinking and understanding of death becomes more common.

The philosophy of rebirth and death is undoubtedly one of the life themes that people need to experience and comprehend. Greeting the future with rebirth and accumulating experience through death in life can provide precipitation and clarity for both individuals and society. Therefore, we must always face all bad and misfortunes with firm faith and love, and create a better future with courage and determination.
