''That, with the view just mentioned, this Association has taken into its rious sideration a proposal, emanating from the aforesaid, Samuel Pickwibsp;Esq., G.C.M.P.bsp;and three other Pickwis hereinafter named, for f a new branbsp;of United Pickwis, under the title of The Corresponding Society of the Pickwick Club.

''That the said proposal has received the san and approval of this Association. ''That the Corresponding Society of the Pickwibsp;Club is therefore hereby stituted; and that Samuel Pickwibsp;Esq., G.C.M.P.bsp;Trabsp;Tupman, Esq., M.P.bsp;Augustus Snodgrass, Esq., M.P.bsp;and Nathaniel Winkle, Esq., M.P.bsp;are hereby nominated and appointed members of the same; and that they be requested to forward, from time to time, authenticated ats of their journeys and iigations, of their obrvations of character and manners, and of the whole of their adventures, together with all tales and papers to whibsp;lobsp;sery or associations may give ri, to the Pickwick Club, stationed in London.
