I think I am pretty healthy. I exercise four times a week. I sleep nine hours every night. Doing exercise and having enough sleep are good for my health. My eating habits are pretty good. I try to eat a lot of healthy food. I eat vegetables and fruit every day. I think a lot of vegetables and fruit help me to keep in good health. Although I don’t like milk, I still try to drink milk twice a day. Because my mother wants me to drink it. She says it is good for my health. I hardly ever eat junk food, and I never drink coffee, because I know junk food is bad for our health. So you see, I look after my health. and my healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades. Good food and exercise help me to study better.

Unit 2
I am a middle school student. I am under pressure every day.
I have too much homework every day. i study too late every night, sometimes until 11 pm. and i have to study for all kinds of exams. And I hardly ever exercise. What’s more, I never spend time with my friends. (三個煩惱)
I get tired , and I feel very weak. What’s more, I am stressed out. Most of my classmates have these kinds of problems. They are all under too much pressure, and they feel unhappy every day.(造成的後果)
Maybe we must try to solve these problems. when we are tired , we should go to bed early and we shouldn’t study too late for some days. (措施一)
When we feel weak. We can eat some hot food, like beef. Eating fruit and drinking milk are good for us. And we should try to exercise, because exercise can help us keep in good health.(措施二)
