93.損益盈虛，與時偕行—— 出自《損·彖》
今譯：無論是減少還是增加，無論是全部還是部分，都應該隨著形勢的變化而確定。
衍言：國計民生在於經濟，經濟發展的快或慢都應與時俱進。
《周易》小詞典：《損》，卦名。損，有抑製、損失兩層意思。損卦揭示了人應該低調而處事不可拖拉的道理。
Diminution and increase, overflowing and emptiness ——these take place in harmony with the conditions of the time.——- from The Tuan, Sun
Modern interpretation: Decrease or increase, total or partial ——- all is determined in correspondence with the changing circumstances.
Moral: Economy provides the foundation of national economy and the people’s livelihood. Fast or slow, economy should grow as time advances.
Glossary: Sun is the symbol for the ideas of decreasing and restraining. With the two senses, the hexagram tells us that anything should be handled immediately and in a low key.
