e.g. Our car finally went kaput.
4.By the by順便提一下
Means the same as "by the way".
e.g. By the by, we're going to see that new movie tonight if you're interested.
5.The…blues憂鬱，煩悶，一直被某事困擾
This phrase can be used to show that you are depressed by something, usually something that upsets everyone from time to time.
e.g. —I've got the back-to-school blues.
—I've got the winter blues.
—I've got the overtime blues.
