計劃生育避孕藥具及康檢管理理性探討

摘要：我國計劃生育實行至今，已有三四十年的曆史，雖然人口數量得到了有效控製，人口質量也得到了一定提高，但是對於一些重點與細節工作仍然做得不好。總的來說，計劃生育工作的開展，其中一項重點工作在於狠抓避孕藥具及康檢管理。我國當前在這項工作上並不理想，存在一些混亂現象，故而做好避孕藥具及康檢管理依舊是當下必須牢牢把握的計劃生育工作之一。基於此，本文先分析了我國計劃生育避孕藥具及康檢管理現狀，進而對存在的問題進行了深入分析，最後提出了相關的理性管理策略，希望對我國計劃生育避孕藥具及康檢管理有一定的參考意義。

Contraceptives and health inspection management of family planning rational discussion

Abstract：Since the family planning in China， has a history of three hundred and forty years， while the population has been effectively controlled， to improve the population quality is also a certain， but for some key details and work still to do well. In general， the work of family planning， one of the key work is to vigorously promotes the contraceptives and health inspection management. Present on the job is not ideal， there is some confusion phenomenon， thus completes the contraceptives and health inspection management is still the one of the family planning work must firmly grasp. Based on this， this paper first analyzes the contraceptives and the present situation of health inspection management of family planning， and then to carried on the thorough analysis of existing problems， finally puts forward some rational management strategy， and hope to our country family planning contraceptive and health inspection management is of certain reference significance.

避孕藥具及康檢管理屬於比較嚴峻的問題，必須加強重視。我國進入新世紀以來，麵對的新理念與新挑戰越來越多，因此計劃生育工作也更加艱巨。縱然每年我國投入了大量的經濟來生產、采購避孕藥具，以此滿足廣發育齡人群的需求，可是一旦監管與落實不夠或者不到位，就極易造成浪費，故而會帶來嚴重的經濟損失[1]。基於此，本文針對計劃生育避孕藥具及康檢管理進行了理性探討，以期為相關事業提供幫助。
1新時期我國避孕藥具及康檢管理現狀
避孕藥物種類很多，比如說口服避孕藥物、宮內節育器、注射用避孕藥、避孕套及陰道用藥具等。從我國開展計劃生育以來，藥具及康檢工作在人口過快增長的控製中就起到了關鍵性的作用，同時對於穩定低生育水平也起到了不可替代的作用，它們在滿足群眾知情選擇、生殖保健及避孕節育等需求上有著很大的價值，同時也為我國人口質量的更高發展做出了很大的貢獻。
