Formal beauty of product design should reflect the humanization of its design and comply with the concept of sustainable development. The concept of sustainable development proposes that design should not just succumb to commercial purposes but should focus on long-term interests and consider the ecological balance between human and nature. In each step of the design， the designer should fully take into account the environmental benefits and reduce the damage to the environment.
3.Conclusion
We concern with reality and we look forward to future. Yesterday， today and tomorrow， design has different definitions and forms. Designers play a positive role in improving the quality of life and in promoting human civilization. And industrial products designers play the role of visual culture builders. No matter how the industrial product design changes and develops， it is inseparable from formal beauty and product design should attach great importance to formal beauty.
