Beauty
Is not something that you buy in the aisles[走廊] of
drug stores，
Or （cosmetic[美容的]） surgeries[外科手術]，
Or anywhere，
In fact.
Beauty is a feeling， deep within；
A slow over-flowing surge[（感情的）高漲]
That lifts and burns and Devours[吞沒]
With subtlety[微妙].
True Beauty is the essence[本質] of life itself.
Show me a living being and I’ll show you
Beautiful.
Because when you feel that surge within
All of without is moved by it.
Beauty is the light that guides your eyes，
The waves that open your ears，
The nerves that soften your skin.
Beauty is that which feels.
We all want beauty.
But it’s in our desire to own it
That we lose sight
Of the one and only place
It can be found：
Within.
美
不是可以在藥店走道，
或是通過（整容）手術，
或是在什麼地方購買之物。
其實。
美是一種內心深處的感覺；
一股緩慢湧溢的浪潮，
它細膩地
升起，燃燒，又吞沒。
真正的美，是生命的本質。

我們卻忽視了
唯一那個
可以找到它的地方：
我們的內心。
