健康體檢者體檢心理調查分析及對策

摘要：本文通過了解療養院體檢者在健康體檢中的心理狀況，從而得出結論：健康人群對定期體檢重要性和相關知識了解不夠；對體檢的評價中覺得應加強定期體檢的宣傳；而體檢項目引導方麵是健康管理應加強的部分。

Abstract： This article through understanding the nursing home medical psychology in physical examination， thus draw the conclusion： healthy people importance to regular physical examination and related knowledge is not enough； Think should strengthen the regular physical examination in a medical assessment of propaganda； And a medical project guide is part of the health management should be strengthened.

近十年來，健康體檢風靡全國各地，而健康體檢針對的人群絕大部分是健康人。為了了解體檢者在體檢中的心理表現和對於健康體檢的認知程度，筆者聯合療養院健康管理中心，針對2013年來院體檢者1286例進行相關調查，現報道如下。
1.對象與方法
1.1調查對象 采用便利取樣法，隨機調查2013年度在華東療養院進行健康體檢的體檢者1286例。其中男性758例，女性528例；年齡18-75歲，平均37歲。體檢者納入標準：來療養院參加健康體檢≥2次。
1.2調查工具 采取麵對麵的調查方式。參考上海市衛計委《健康體檢心理分析》和院健康管理中心提供的《健康體檢指導手冊》自行設計了《健康體檢調查表》。調查內容包括健康體檢相關知識了解、體檢者對於體檢的評價以及體檢過程中檢查項目的引導方麵的建議。
